Pumpkin Cold Foam
Get ready for fall! Pumpkin Cold Foam is a great addition to your coffee during the autumn season. Use it in cold brew for those hot October days, or add it to your hot coffee as a creamy sweetener.
- ΒΌ cup Heavy Cream
- 1 tbsp Pumpkin Puree
- 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1 pinch Pumpkin Pie Spice
In a measuring cup, add the heavy cream, pumpkin puree, maple syrup and pumpkin pie spice.
Mix the ingredients with a hand mixer or a milk frother. The longer you mix the more firm the foam will be. You will want to shoot for slightly firm, but runny enough for you to pour. If you keep mixing for a long time it will turn into a pumpkin whipped cream.
Add the pumpkin cold foam to your cold brew (or add it to a hot coffee as a cream and sweetener combo).
Pumpkin Cold Foam stores great in a jar. Keep refrigerated until the next coffee break. Adjust the ingredients if you plan to make more!
